Customer service is exceptional. This can not be overstated - the team really care about creating a positive experience and subsequently paid attention to nailing the details.
Convenience of being at home for the photo shoot. What a relief for new parents, families with young kids / elderly and people who are less mobile. Added bonus was seeing my oldest really open up during the shoot, because she was relaxed at home and in her own space. This made a big difference to the pictures captured.
Online follow up session. Love that the viewing / selection of images is facilitated online. You can tell that this has been refined over and over again - it was all seamless inc the back end systems in place.

A little reassurance
Your home does not need to be perfect, your children do not need to sit still, and your day does not need to go exactly to plan.
Not at all. We regularly photograph families in apartments, townhouses and smaller Sydney homes. We bring compact professional lighting and usually need only a small part of a bedroom, lounge room or hallway to create beautiful, natural-looking photographs.
That is completely normal. Sessions are relaxed and interactive, with time for feeding, settling, playing and breaks. Children do not need to pose or behave perfectly—we guide the session around their personalities and work with whatever happens on the day.
Let us know as early as possible and we will help arrange another suitable date. We understand that babies arrive unexpectedly, children become unwell and family plans change, so the process is designed to remain flexible.
