Dear families,

As you know, COVID-19 has had a huge impact on life as we know it. We are all focused on the well-being of our community and have been seeing new developments, almost on a daily basis, changing the way we travel, work and interact.

It has always been our policy to provide the highest quality experience for our customers and to show our commitment to safety and peace of mind, we were even one of the first in our field to adopt a ‘Coronavirus Positive Action Plan’. Ever since then we have closely followed the guidelines the government has recommended, whilst maintaining an excellent level of service.

Hibernation
Our team has always had the view that once it was no longer feasible to maintain our in-home appointments and same quality experience, we would pause operations until it became safe to resume. Unfortunately, we have reached that point. So, we will be temporarily stopping in-home visits until we are able to safely operate again. This decision will be reviewed in four weeks from now and will continue to be reviewed on a weekly basis so we can adapt as the situation changes.

During this time, our team will still be operating and working from home, fine-tuning their skills with creative training, video workshops, and taking the opportunity to work on the business over the coming weeks.

While we will not be visiting customers in their homes, we will still be available on the phone and on email for customer support. We will still be able to send gift vouchers and process wall art orders as usual, currently with minimal delay.

We have also introduced the following changes and additions to our service:

  • An E-Gift card for contactless and instant gift purchases with NO expiry date

  • A 6 month extension to all existing gift cards

  • A ‘Keepsake’ product which can be sent directly to family and friends

  • A limited priority waiting list for existing and new customers to ensure minimal waiting time when we reopen for in-home visits

  • Extra staff availability for in-home shoots once we reopen for in-home visits

We are expecting to add more products and services over the coming weeks,

Rescheduled Sessions
For those who are booked and awaiting a visit from us, we have created a priority list, which means those affected will be offered the first available spaces when we are operational again.

We are very much an ‘in person’ company, but are also looking at new internet-based opportunities to deliver images and order products, while keeping within the standard that you have come to expect of us. Our company is established and has been built to be resilient. We are a small but adaptable company with a talented and dedicated team, and look forward to creating memories in your home with you for many years to come.

In the meantime, we will choose to see the extra time we have together at home with our own families as a gift.
